Read MoreFrom April 11 to 13, Feed the Future Tanzania held its bi-annual partners meeting in Morogoro. The meeting included a field visit to three Feed the Future projects in irrigation, nutrition, and value chain development respectively, all of which are supporting improved food security for a water users cooperative comprised of nearly one thousand members.
In addition to meeting with members of the cooperative, participants in the partners meeting engaged in a live video chat with two Tanzanian students currently studying at Michigan State University and Ohio State University in the United States, discussing their areas of research and their plans to return to Tanzania to implement their knowledge.
